2010 GTAR Annual Dues and 4th Quarter NORES Billing
GTAR Annual Dues notice for the year 2011 and NORES 4th Quarter Billing notice will be emailed to all members on October 1, 2010. GTAR Dues invoice will include local, state, and national dues for the entire year of 2011. 4th Quarter NORES Billing invoice will include fees for the months of October, November, and December. Invoices will be posted online October 1 at tulsarealtors.com; on the main Member Services page, click the yellow View/Pay Bill button, then click GTAR Accounts Receivables (for GTAR Dues) or NORES Accounts Receivables (for NORES payments).

In addition, Ed Sharrer and Amanda DeCort with the Tulsa Preservation Commission will discuss Historic Preservation—specifically, styles of homes; Mike Cotrill with GTAR/NORES will provide an MLS update; and Certified Public Accountant, Bill Zumwalt will be on hand for Ask the Taxman. Breakfast and drawings for great prizes will be provided courtesy of GTAR’s Affiliate members. 3:00 p.m. in the GTAR Training Center: GTAR and NORES *voting members: This is your opportunity to select the 2011-2012 GTAR and NORES Board of Directors, as well as vote on proposed bylaw changes, and hear about what happened at the Association over the last year. The slate of nominees is in the September GTAR World NewsletterAbsentee Ballots: Any voting member who is unable to attend the annual meeting may, upon written request to the CEO, obtain an absentee ballot at the GTAR office which, to be counted, must be submitted to the CEO prior to the close of business Tuesday, October 5, 2010. (*GTAR voting members are individuals who hold REALTOR® membership. Individuals who hold REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® membership are not voting members. There is no restriction on the number of voting members allowed. NORES voting members are individuals designated by the NORES Participant. Only two individuals are allowed to vote per NORES service—MLS, CIE.)
