Realist 2.0 was released on Tuesday, August 9, and has brought a lot of enhancements, MLS links, and other major changes to the Realist product allowing you to serve your clients better than ever before. Training for Realist 2.0 is encouraged and provided free of charge, in different ways to fit your schedule. Realist 2.0 classes are available at GTAR—register for class at tulsarealtors.com. We will also have the webinar on-demand, and instructional videos on our Support Site at http://youtube.com/gtarhelpdesk for access at any time, as well as User Guides and more to help you get used to the new system.

School Updates
Changes to Sapulpa School District: Woodlawn, Garfield, and Washington Elementary are closed; Holmes Park is a new elementary school. If you have listings in this area, please check and make sure the information is up to date. If you are entering a new listing, these schools are still choices, but are followed by “Closed”; the new elementary has been added.

Know Your Boundaries
As you might recall, at the end of the 2010-2011 school year some school boundaries were modified. Any time you take a listing, the best resource for verifying school information is to contact the school district directly. You can do this via a phone call to the district and/or checking their website. Many of the districts have look-up maps that are very useful in determining the schools for a specific property. Click here to verify your grade school and middle school information.

GTAR/NORES office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:30 p.m. Services available Friday afternoons will be key, keyboxes, payments, member processing, and helpdesk.
Improved Support Site
When you go to http://www.tulsarealtors.com/support/ you will be able to create and submit a ticket with your question or problem, which will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member for help. You will also be able to check the status of your ticket. In addition, there will be a new “knowledgebase” with the ability to search frequently asked questions and other helpful information.
