Don’t let your 15 minutes of fame be a line on the Disciplinary Action page of the OREC quarterly newsletter! Come to GTAR’s FREE Sales Associate Forum, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. in the Training Center. OREC Senior Investigator, Sherry Kueffler will discuss the most common reasons for an investigation, how little mistakes can become a big problem, and how you can stay out of trouble with OREC. Introduction to Commercial Investment Real Estate Analysis
Tuesday & Wednesday, June 17 & 18

Presented by the Oklahoma CCIM Chapter; this two-day introductory course will be held in the GTAR Training Center. Registration will start at 7:30 a.m. and class will be 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. both days. Cost is $325 and class size is limited to 50. This course provides an overview of every aspect of commercial real estate from property inspection through follow-up after the property is sold. Every phase of commercial real estate analysis is represented through a real-world application to a real property. HP-10BII financial calculator is required for class.
