Floodplain: Commercial RE Problems and Solutions
What do you know about floodplains? Did you know Tulsa County was completely re-mapped effective 2009/2010? The goal of this new course is to educate commercial real estate professionals about floodplains—changes, regulations, types (FEMA vs. City of Tulsa Regulatory Floodplain)—and what kind of impact floodplains have on a property.
