Attention Brokers/Managers
Please make sure that ALL of your associates have paid their second quarter NORES fees by May 31. ALL COMPANIES who have outstanding NORES invoices on June 1, 2011, will be SUSPENDED from ALL NORES services (MLS, Keys, Xceligent). In addition, a $50 reinstatement fee will be added to the broker which must be paid before NORES services are reinstated.

Changes to Flood Maps
The City of Tulsa will be adopting new FEMA flood maps in 2012. FEMA has a "90-day Appeal Period" allowing citizens to appeal or protest their property's placement within the flood zone. The City of Tulsa has begun sending letters to property owners who have been added to the Special Flood Hazard Area so they can appeal this decision. View the maps online.
