MLS Search Tip:
When searching by school district, there are criteria choices referred to as “Areas.” These options combine school districts that are not as well known with those that users tend to search. Don’t miss out on a great listing just because of a wrong selection!  Example: Justus-Tiawah is a dependent school district—meaning, kids attend this district until High School, and then go to a different district (such as Claremore) for high school. By searching the area called “Claremore Area” (rather than just “Claremore Sch Dist”), listings in this dependent district will be included in your search results!
Attention Realist Users:
The Gross Area Sq Ft field has been removed from the Realist system. This field displayed Sq Ft from a previous MLS listing if it differed from the Assessor Sq Ft. This was causing confusion due to it being Sq Ft on the tax record, but not from an approved source for reporting Sq Ft on the listing.
