THIS WEEK! October 6
Marketing Yourself and Your Listing
In this new course, you will learn to look at each listing and advertising opportunity for its ability to bring you closer to your goal. Spend less, sell more, and make more. The new course will include print and Internet advertising, direct marketing, and farming (no…we’re not talking about Farmtown or Farmville). 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. with Lori Morgan. OREC approved for 3 hours elective CE credit; sponsored by SellSmart Home Staging. Register online at tulsarealtors.com.
Attention Realist Users:
The Gross Area Sq Ft field has been removed from the Realist system. This field displayed Sq Ft from a previous MLS listing if it differed from the Assessor Sq Ft. This was causing confusion due to it being Sq Ft on the tax record, but not from an approved source for reporting Sq Ft on the listing.
August Home Sales Stats Now Available
Go to http://www.tulsarealtors.com/stats/. You can access the statistics page at any time by clicking on "REALTOR® Resources" on the menu to the left, then clicking on "Monthly Home Sales Statistics."
