Attention Realist Users:
The Gross Area Sq Ft field has been removed from the Realist system. This field displayed Sq Ft from a previous MLS listing if it differed from the Assessor Sq Ft. This was causing confusion due to it being Sq Ft on the tax record, but not from an approved source for reporting Sq Ft on the listing.

Tulsa Housing Summit Invitation
