Realist Corrects Lot Sizes in Wagoner and Rogers
County
Lot sizes in Rogers and
Wagoner counties will no longer read “1” in all lot size descriptions. Lot
and acre sizes have now been corrected in both of these counties to correctly
reflect lot square footage and the corresponding acre size.

Looks Back on Big Year
"You
got a five-year flood insurance extension passed in an environment when no one
would have bet a plugged nickel that you could do that," NAR President Moe
Veissi said at the NAR Board of Directors meeting earlier this week. "That
was enormous." Veissi reviewed all of the associations accomplishments this
year, including the success of the REALTOR® Rally at the base of the

Chief Economist Lawrence Yun at the 2012 REALTORS® Conference &
Expo in Orlando last week said the housing
market is likely to stay strong, but inflation could become a factor,
possibly starting in 2015.

the association announced last week it would match contributions up to $500,000
for help to Hurricane Sandy victims, the REALTORS® Relief Foundation
has received donations of $775,000, bringing total donations to $1,275,000 when
