A new education event being sponsored by GTAR’s Sales Associate Committee. OAR is Now Seeking Nominations for a Vacancy on the OAR/OREC Contract Forms Committee
The purpose of the Contract Forms Committee is to develop a standardized real estate purchase contract for voluntary use in Oklahoma. The committee is comprised of 11 members, five of which are OAR appointees, three from the OREC, and three from the Oklahoma Bar Association. Each interested nominee should submit a resume detailing their experience with the creation and/or maintenance of real estate forms. Interested REALTORS® should be aware that this committee may require a significant time commitment. Deadline for nominations is May 1, 2009.
