2008 Greater Tulsa Commercial Market Update – Wednesday, March 12
Don’t miss the educational event of the year for commercial real estate professionals or any real estate professionals who are interested in learning about what’s happened and will be happening in the Tulsa area’s commercial market. Leland Clark with Sooner Investment will be discussing the new Tulsa Hills project in Sapulpa as part of his Land/Development presentation. This year’s keynote speaker will be Dr. Mark Snead, director of the OSU Center for Applied Economic Research. Safety Seminar: Don’t be a Victim…Protect Your Most Valuable Asset - YOU! – Friday, March 28

In a way that is both entertaining and humorous, Captain Lewis will cover the very serious topic of basic safety practices for real estate professionals (showing houses to strangers, showing houses in high crime areas, taking strangers in your car, what to do if you are a victim of an attack); possible responses to an attack, and more. Whether you are male or female, if you show houses, you should attend this course! OREC approved for 3 hours required HOT CE credit; (class last offered September 2007).
