When an associate is released from your firm, fax a copy of OREC’s release to 663-8815 or email it to to remove the licensee from your records. We cannot transfer an associate from one firm to another without a release from the previous company.

Revised OK Contracts and Related Addenda Class – Wednesday, May 28

Don’t miss your one opportunity to take this class for FREE! 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Union Public School’s Performing Arts Center (UPAC), which is located by UMAC. Attorney Robert Nichols will be teaching the class, which is open to all real estate licensees and OREC approved for 3 hours required HOT CE credit. This class is free but registration is required. Introductory CCIM Class – Tuesday & Wednesday, June 17 & 18
The Oklahoma CCIM Chapter is presenting Introduction to Commercial Investment Real Estate Analysis on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 17 and 18 in the GTAR Training Center. This two-day introductory course provides an overview of every aspect of commercial real estate from property inspection through follow-up after the property is sold. Every phase of commercial real estate analysis is represented through a real-world application to a real property. If you are seriously considering getting into the commercial real estate market, then this class is for you. Successfully Selling HUD Homes – Wednesday, June 25
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in the GTAR Training Center with Margo McKay, vice president of First Preston Management in Dallas, Texas. Margo will present the latest policies and procedures regarding the marketing of HUD-owned homes; OREC approved for 4 hours elective CE credit.
