The Oklahoma CCIM Chapter is presenting Introduction to Commercial Investment Real Estate Analysis on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 17 and 18 in the GTAR Training Center. This two-day introductory course provides an overview of every aspect of commercial real estate from property inspection through follow-up after the property is sold. Every phase of commercial real estate analysis is represented through a real-world application to a real property. If you are seriously considering getting into the commercial real estate market, then this class is for you. Cost is $325 and class size is limited to 50; class will be 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. both days.
