2010 Greater Tulsa Commercial Market Update
If you have an interest in Tulsa’s commercial real estate market, then you won’t want to miss the premier commercial real estate event of the year—now in its 11th year! 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Home Builders Association (check-in and buffet breakfast provided by Just Catering by Orr start at 8:00 a.m.) Brokers from area companies will provide an in-depth review of activity in each commercial market segment over the last year to help identify trends and determine growth areas. Keynote Speaker, Bruce Bolzle with KMO Development Group, Inc. will discuss development downtown. OREC approved for 3 hours required HOT CE credit. Cost is $25 pre-registered or $35 the day of the event. This event is open to everyone, commercial and residential, members and non-members. Breakfast and drawings for great prizes throughout the morning will be provided courtesy of GTAR’s Affiliate members. Cost is only $10 for GTAR members, but you must pre-register! After class, head over to the gymnasium for the annual free Trade Show brought to you by our wonderful affiliate members. Visit lots of booths filled with information and services, while enjoying free food, and as usual, there will be tons of door prizes given away during the show. (You do not have to attend class to attend the Trade Show!)
