Document and Fax Manager Training!
Training sessions will be held in the GTAR Training Center at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. both days. Anyone that is an MLS user may come, including unlicensed assistants with MLS access. There is no cost for these classes but pre-registration is required. Change in Submission of Property Condition Disclosure Forms
Submission of Property Condition Disclosure forms will change on Tuesday, August 10, to be included in My Docs, the new Document Manager. In preparation for changes regarding the submission of Property Condition Disclosure/Disclaimer forms, the Disclosure/Disclaimer fax line 918-621-1486, will be unavailable on Monday, August 9. Please hold all disclosure/disclaimer documents for fax submittal until after integration to the new My Docs Document Manager.

New Course Just “Upgraded” to Required CE Credit
Floodplain: Commercial Real Estate Problems and Solutions was initially approved for 3 hours elective CE credit by OREC but has been changed to required HOT CE credit. In the last year, FEMA remapped Tulsa and surrounding areas, as well as revamped the permitting process. The focus of this class is on commercial properties but anyone can attend and benefit from the information. Class is Wednesday, August 18, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in the GTAR Training Center.
