The GTAR/NORES Board Store will be closed for inventory from 11:30 a.m. Thursday, December 23 until noon on Monday, January 3, 2011, so please plan ahead. This will not affect Key and KeyBox purchases.

GTAR Mobile App and Supra eKey App Now Available for Android 2.1 and 2.2 Smartphones!
GTAR and Supra have their new Android Apps available for download—free! Open Market on your Android phone; search available apps for GTAR; the green Tulsa MLS App allows you to access MLS on your Android phone. Supra eKey App is also available from the Market: Search Market for eKey, which allows your smartphone to be used as a Supra eKey when paired with a purchased key fob. Key fobs are available for purchase for $51.00 including tax through Supra or as supply allows at the GTAR office. Please call to check for availability. (Please note: This app provides access to the Supra Basic eKey service; Supra Professional is not yet available for iPhone or Android.)
“It’s a Good Time to Buy” Yard Signs
We still have a few “It’s a Good Time to Buy Tulsa” signs left, and a lot of Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, and blank ones (no city listed); we are out of Owasso signs. The PR campaign yard signs are available to all GTAR members at no additional cost—all you have to do is come by the GTAR office and get them. 2011 GTAR Annual Dues
If you have not paid your GTAR dues invoice dated October 1, 2010, a $20 late payment fee has been added to your account. Invoice includes local, state, and national dues for the entire year of 2011. You can pay by credit card online: Go to Main Menu on tulsarealtors.com, click on the yellow View/Pay Bill bar, then click GTAR–Accounts Receivable, and follow instructions to pay. Payment can also be made by calling the GTAR/NORES office, 918-663-7500 or mailing to GTAR, P.O. Box 470603, Tulsa, OK 74147. After business hours you can drop payments in the mail slot located inside the front entrance foyer of the GTAR/NORES office. NOTE: If you are planning to move your license between now and the end of the year, 2011 dues must be paid prior to transferring. New Member Processing: During the months of November and December, all new members to GTAR must pay prorated 2010 dues PLUS 2011 dues and the application fee at the time of application.
