Be Prepared for the Buyer Presentation!
Have the tools to overcome any objection and answer any questions regarding area sales, gain buyer loyalty and trust, and educate the buyer by explaining what can be expected during the home buying process, and problems that could arise. Understand the importance of keeping yourself (the real estate professional) on task, as well as the buyer to have a good buying experience and smooth closing. GTAR 2012 Annual Dues
Notices were emailed October 5, and payment is due by November 30, 2011. REALTOR® dues are $474 and REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® dues are $444. For a breakdown of where your dues dollars go: http://www.tulsarealtors.com/documents/dues/.
4th Quarter NORES Billing
If you have not paid your fourth quarter NORES invoice, you have now incurred an additional $20 late fee. Payment of the original NORES invoice(s) plus the $20 late fee must be received before November 1, 2011 or your NORES (MLS, Key, CIE) services will be suspended and an additional $30 reinstatement will be added. Invoices were posted online October 1 at tulsarealtors.com; from the main Member Services page, click the yellow View/Pay Bill button, then click NORES Accounts Receivable.

Technology and your Next Generation MLS—“Fusion”
Holidays are fast approaching—and that means technology specials and great prices on new pc’s! Your new next generation MLS, “Fusion” (coming 1st quarter 2012), will require certain computer specs for optimum use. If you are on an old system—somewhere around three years old or more—you might consider investing in a new system. Check your current system stats by right clicking on My Computer, and selecting Properties. Watch for future GTAR communications for more upcoming info on your next generation MLS—“Fusion.”

Go to http://www.tulsarealtors.com/stats/. You can access the statistics page at any time by clicking on "REALTOR® Resources" on the menu to the left, then clicking on "Monthly Home Sales Statistics."
