Early-bird Registration for Mike Lipsey Class Ends January 31
Register by January 31, the cost is only $50 per person; after that date, the cost will be $75, provided there are still seats available. Mr. Lipsey, nationally and internationally recognized leader in training and consulting for the commercial real estate industry, is coming to GTAR on Thursday, February 14 to teach Financial Literacy for Commercial Real Estate Practitioners, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.; this course is OREC approved for 4 hours elective CE credit. 2008 Presidents’ Inaugural Gala – Friday, February 22
This year’s theme is “Cheers to You” and the venue will be the Ford Truck Exhibit Hall at the Tulsa Fairgrounds. Cocktails (cash bar) start at 6:00 p.m. and dinner is at 7:00 p.m. Cost is $50 per person through February 15 and $60 per person after. This year, we will be offering FREE valet parking! 30, 40, and 50-year members will be honored, as well as the 2007 REALTOR® of the Year and Sales Associate of the Year. We will also hear from our new GTAR President, Steve Baker with CB/Richard Ellis, and new NORES President, Doug Horton with Horton Realty. The Disclosure Submission Process has Changed
Starting January 24, each new listing will generate a coversheet that must be printed out and faxed to the disclosure fax line (918-621-1486) with the documents being submitted (e.g., Disclosure, Lead Based Paint). The coversheet will only be valid once; a new coversheet must be generated for document resubmission. You will also gain the ability to link PDF documents such as property sketches, inspection reports, etc. to your listing. Further details and instructions will follow. Status Changes should NOT be faxed to the disclosure number, and will be automatically deleted by the system! Please fax all status changes to (918) 663-8815.
