Update Your Pendings
Pendings will be run Tuesday, August 11. If you have a pending listing, make sure the Anticipated Closing Date in MLS has not passed. Failure to have the listing updated will result in an automatic fine of $100. In addition, failure to update after the fine is assessed will result in additional fines.
