REMINDER: Labor Day
The GTAR/NORES office will be closed Monday, September 7 in observance of Labor Day. Also, with our new office hours we close at 11:30 a.m. on Fridays, so please plan ahead.

New NORES MLS Participant/User Agreement
ALL members must complete the new agreement and return it to NORES by September 30, 2009! The agreement and instructions for submitting it can be found at http://nores.net/useragreement.htm. Find out how the new Regulation Z changes will impact your closing date. It will be more important than ever for borrowers, REALTORS®, lenders, and closing companies to communicate in a timely and efficient way to make sure all are on target with accurate closing fees so proper disclosure can be given upfront to borrowers and loans can close on schedule. New Class Being Offered at GTAR/NORES: Computer Basics
This class is designed for people with little or no computer skills. Class is hands-on in the computer lab and covers a variety of topics such as, copy/paste, find, saving/retrieving documents, searching the Internet, checking email, etc. This class is FREE but pre-registration is required.
